Transportation Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Design Engineer to join our stable and growing Transportation Practice in Vancouver. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of experienced engineers and technologists, supported by geotechnical and environmental specialists, to deliver highway and roadway designs.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 15 years related experience in highway geometric design on Alberta Transportation projects and municipal roadway design for the City of Edmonton.
- A proven track record of working in or leading P3/DB Design pursuits is preferred, as well as experience with TAC and Provincial Geometric Design Standards and Guidelines.
- Civil 3D design software proficiency and capabilities in writing reports and other technical documents are also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as hybrid work options and overtime eligibility.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Conduct preliminary and detail designs using Civil 3D for road and highway projects.
- Coordinate project design teams involved in planning and design work.
- Prepare transportation engineering reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Participate in business development activities for the Transportation Practice.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
