Financial Analyst Job Description

YK Freightways Inc is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating financial risk, managing portfolios, and analyzing investment information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Financial Risk: Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with investments and portfolios.
  • Portfolio Management: Use software to manage and optimize investment portfolios.
  • Financial Analysis: Collect and analyze financial and investment information to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and briefings to stakeholders on financial performance and trends.
  • Contract and Tender Support: Advise on and participate in the financial aspects of contracts and calls for tender.
  • Investment Project Analysis: Analyze investment projects to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Cash Flow Planning: Plan and assess short- and long-term cash flows to ensure financial stability.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
