About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Operations: Process transactions, manage cash wrap, and perform other operational tasks as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and lift up to 25 pounds.
