About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Development Manager to join our team at CRC Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Assign and coordinate IT projects with systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Direct and control daily operations, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures
  • Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Conduct software testing, data analysis, and interpretation, and develop computer applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in IT development and management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
