Job Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality client service and support to a successful Advisory Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  • Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certifications.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are required.
  • High level of time management and organization skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
