Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at WYNDHAM GARDEN. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service to guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
As a Hotel Front Desk Associate at WYNDHAM GARDEN, you will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
