Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales – Project Coordinator to join our team at IKON Complete Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers, providing quotes, order entry, and coordination of submittal drawings, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to meet their needs and resolve issues.
  • Provide quotes, order entry, and coordination of submittal drawings, order changes, and revisions.
  • Support sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations, sales order processing, outreach to existing customers, and various additional duties.
  • Handle projects from the order phase to release and delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a sales/technical/marketing or related field.
  • 5 years inside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
