We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive / Sales Professional to join our team at HP Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling HP Managed Print Services to a set of named Enterprise & Commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Position and sell HP Managed Print Services into a set of named Enterprise & Commercial accounts.
- Work collaboratively as a specialist with the managed print services and partner enablement teams within their accounts.
- Coordinate and own account plans for strategic enterprise and commercial accounts in the account planning process.
- Focus on large deals/opportunities and value and/or volume portfolio management, selling a range of HP products, services, and solutions.
- Leverage existing opportunities and branch into more than one LOB in the account.
- Establish a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients, developing a core understanding of their unique business needs.
- Build growth opportunities using the account planning process; actively manage planning process through scheduled reviews and updates.
- Achieve/manage quarterly, half yearly or yearly quota.
- Enter and maintain opportunities in pipeline tools and update regularly.
- Recommend and implement pipeline management practices.
- Sell solutions that include hardware, software, and services.
- Build and deploy a territory account plan that includes working with partners and specialists.
- Implement margin recovery activities/strategies in full or partial ownership of the account.
- Act as a first interface for international accounts in collaboration with members of global business teams and local teams.
- University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Deep knowledge of basic enhanced products, solution and service offerings as well as competitors' offerings.
- Account management experience required.
- Experience in Managed Print Services.
- Bilingual (English & French) an asset.
