Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Office, and point of sale systems to manage daily operations and maintain accurate records.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and physically demanding tasks, requiring attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
