This dynamic Data Scientist role evolves with the organization, developing innovative data-driven solutions. As part of our team, you will be passionate about data and its real value to our organization and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Collection and Interpretation:
    1. Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external datasets.
    2. Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into usable formats.
    3. Gain insights into our operations based on data analysis.
  2. Statistical Analysis and Modeling:
    1. Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and trends within the data.
    2. Create predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
    3. Evaluate model performance and fine-tune parameters.
  3. Business Insights and Communication:
    1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges.
    2. Present results through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.
    3. Maintain documentation for data management and analysis.
  4. Automation and Process Improvement:
    1. Use AI tools and programming languages to automate repetitive tasks.
    2. Develop smart solutions to address specific business challenges.
    3. Monitor data accuracy and performance.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Background:
    1. Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
    2. Additional certifications in data science or machine learning are an asset.
  2. Experience:
    1. Typically, 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
    2. Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  3. Skills:
    1. Proficiency in SQL.
    2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    3. Working knowledge of PowerBI and Azure.
    4. Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
    5. Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    6. Adaptability to evolving technologies and data trends.
Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
