The Tehna Transport LTD Administrative Assistant will provide key support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role involves establishing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as scheduling appointments and providing customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency;
- Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner;
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate records;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience;
- Permanent full-time position;
- 30 to 35 hours per week;
- Language of work: English.
