Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at G&F TRANSPORT INC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, strong organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
