Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that the office is tidy and organized.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the management team and other departments, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
  • Workload: Large workload with tight deadlines.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
