Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Team at Integris Credit Union. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with members and potential members, as well as industry and community groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of a commercial portfolio, including sourcing new business, analyzing financial positions, and underwriting loans.
  • Provide sound advice and guidance to members to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with our banking, insurance, and wealth management teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to members.
  • Empower members to grow and develop through internal and external training opportunities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of commercial lending experience and a related post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will be a motivated individual who is passionate about building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
