About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Develop and implement procedures to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address any issues
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies
    • Monitor and control waste to minimize costs
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
