About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Playtest Director to lead our playtesting initiative.

The successful candidate will have a track record of building and managing high-performing teams in the entertainment industry, with a strong focus on quality assurance and software testing methodologies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about video games, particularly the FPS genre, and has a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive playtesting strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of playtesters and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of playtesting initiatives.
  • Analyze data and insights from playtesting activities to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in playtesting and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and software testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Passion for video games, particularly the FPS genre.
