Tire Retreader

We are seeking a skilled Tire Retreader to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our tire products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain machinery used for tire retreading, including calendering, extruding, and moulding equipment.
- Inspect and check product quality to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lay out and prepare rubber materials for assembly and finishing.
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs to products as needed.
- Load and feed rubber, pigments, filler, oil, and chemicals into machines.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and gloves to ensure your safety.
Requirements- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Dependability, organization, and reliability are essential for this role.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
