Strategic Labour Relations Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
About the Role:- Act as lead and spokesperson for the renewal of collective agreements.
- Recommend a negotiation mandate based on the needs of the business and participate in the development of negotiation strategies.
- Provide advisory support to Talent and Culture Business Partners and Managers on complex cases requiring labour relations and/or employee relations expertise.
- Participate and lead confidential employee investigations.
- Compile and analyze data related to labour relations issues and advise on trends across the organization.
- University degree in industrial relations, law (labour and employment law profile), human resources management or any other field deemed relevant.
- 3-5 years of experience as an expert labour relations advisor as well as experience as a spokesperson in the context of the renewal of collective agreements.
- Good knowledge of the laws and different jurisprudential trends that govern labour relations in Quebec and Ontario.
