Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Team Member to join our retail store team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and overall look and feel of the store, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, and trash collection, adhering to approved procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding products and resolving any issues.
- Perform tasks such as cleaning equipment, mixing cleaning solutions, and deep cleaning high-traffic areas.
- Keep the store organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining a safe environment.
- Participate in other duties as assigned, such as cash handling, customer service, and supporting shrink and safety programs.
Requirements
- Previous retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes.
- Physical demands include regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations.
- Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
