Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

At Fat Bastard Burritos Co, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a food service establishment and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that the food and service meet quality control standards.


Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
