We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer - Helper to join our team at 3 Star Rebar & Dampproofing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Clean and lubricate cranes, as well as mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in routine maintenance work and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and direct traffic at or near construction sites

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy materials
