Tropical Garden Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tropical Garden Specialist to join our team at Strait's Tropical Interiors Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health and beauty of our tropical plants, working in various locations and performing tasks such as potting, fertilizing, and watering. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for gardening.

This role involves working independently, traveling frequently, and adapting to changing work environments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Excellent attention to detail, client focus, and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

• Pot and re-pot plants to ensure optimal growth
• Apply fertilizers to maintain plant health
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
• Clean work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A bondable individual with a positive work ethic
