Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic advisory team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Investment Advisors and contributing to the growth of our wealth management business.

About the Role
  • Provide professional and expeditious servicing of incoming contacts from clients, advisors, and internal/external partners
  • Support Investment Advisors with general administrative duties, including client account management and preparation of client reviews/presentations
  • Request information/documentation from clients to open accounts and maintain up-to-date client files
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • Mastery of the French language
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services sector
