Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Paper Excellence. This role will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the day-to-day success of our business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Mail Room Management: Maintain a tidy and organized mail room, receiving and distributing incoming parcels and couriers efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Plan, organize, and schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and ensure all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Correspondence and Reports: Produce, edit, and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms, as well as assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the head office switchboard, directing all incoming calls as appropriate.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of office management systems, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Benefits and Remuneration

This full-time permanent position offers an hourly salary of $25.00 per hour, with benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, life insurance, pension plan, and long-term care insurance. We also offer free parking available for our employees.
