Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery to customers

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
