Job Title: Ironworker - Reinforcing Rebar

HM Royal Steel Ltd is seeking a skilled Ironworker - Reinforcing Rebar to join our team. As an Ironworker - Reinforcing Rebar, you will be responsible for installing reinforcing steel in concrete structures, ensuring the integrity and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install reinforcing steel in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures
  • Inspect or test structures and equipment for deterioration, defects, or failure to comply with specifications or regulations
  • Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms
  • Unload and position steel units for hoisting
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in ironworking or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights, in a fast-paced environment, and with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
