We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Homes Contractor to join our team at CF Contractors Ltd.

Job Description
  • Plan and prepare work schedules for residential renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Select and employ trade subcontractors, coordinating their activities to achieve project goals.
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to guarantee quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to promote our services.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring efficient use of funds.
  • Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities, demonstrating expertise in multiple skills.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
  • Train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement business plans, outlining strategic objectives and performance metrics.
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects, considering factors like location and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure plans and specifications meet expectations.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of supplies and trade contractors, facilitating smooth project execution.
  • OBTAIN necessary construction permits, adhering to local regulations and codes.
  • Design and implement comprehensive health and safety plans, prioritizing employee well-being.
  • Conduct human resource planning and development activities, identifying talent gaps and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and marketing.
  • Able to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adapting to changing circumstances.
Compensation Package
  • Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus structure based on performance and project outcomes.
