Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at SNS Construction Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, ensuring financial controls are in place and promoting cost-effective solutions.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior construction management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Windows, with knowledge of information technology.
