Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team and directing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Information Flow: Ensure seamless communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Direct Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily tasks and activities to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Motivate Staff: Foster a positive and productive work environment by motivating and empowering team members.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Develop and implement budget plans to optimize resource allocation and minimize expenses.
  • Supervise and Train: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the key responsibilities above, the successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Provide Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks: Assist with financial record-keeping and basic accounting duties.
Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position offering 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be available to work a regular schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year or less of experience in a related field.
Salary and Benefits
