Job Overview

At SECURE, a leading waste management and energy infrastructure business, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive our HR strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to design and deliver proactive solutions.
  • Enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to optimize structures and processes.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, Learning & Engagement, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Coach and guide leaders through complex employee relations issues.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives and leverage HR data and analytics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior HR business partnering roles.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to partner with specialized HR functions.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems.
  • Hold a CPHR designation or degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or Management.
