Veterinary Hospital Director

At Ethos Veterinary Health, we're seeking a seasoned Hospital Director to lead our ER veterinary hospital in Fraser Valley. This key role will oversee all operations, driving success in an entrepreneurial environment while fostering a positive work culture.
About the Role:
- Lead team members across departments with enthusiasm and purpose, partnering effectively with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Demonstrate strategic orientation by translating vision into actionable plans, managing operations to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate issue resolution and drive growth within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Directly oversee all business activities, leading staff across departments.
2. Partner with the Medical Director to ensure optimal medical care and maintain the hospital's financial health.
3. Develop a deep understanding of the local market and build strong relationships with referring veterinarians.
4. Drive short- and long-term plans for growth, including new service additions and recruitment of key team members.
5. Take charge of accounting and finance processes, creating annual operating budgets aimed at revenue growth and profitability.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience with a record of success, including experience managing a P&L.
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Healthcare (veterinary or human) experience is a plus, but not required.
We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 CAD.
- Annual Site Leadership Profit-sharing Bonus Plan.
- Annual CE allowance of $2000 CAD/yr.
