We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team as Window Wall Estimators. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs of window wall, curtain wall, and railing systems using advanced software tools. You will work closely with our engineering team, project managers, and chief estimator to ensure accurate estimates and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs using on-screen take-off software
  • Review scope of work, specifications, and reports to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve discrepancies and develop solutions
  • Assist in drafting bid proposals and obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • Manage administration related to change orders and contract deviations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in architectural technology and construction management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably with window wall, curtain wall, and/or railing systems
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, materials, and methods
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:
