About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week with a salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and inspection teams.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant staff members.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries from clients and other stakeholders.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
