Restaurant Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced culinary manager to join our team at Steve's Poke Bar. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food products to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Culinary Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and excellent customer experience.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Sales Growth: Collaborate with our sales team to increase sales through effective promotion of our menu items and development of new recipes.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment like ours. You must be physically fit, able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
