Marketing Manager Job Description

MHZ Capital Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including product development, distribution, and promotion.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and projects.
  • Communication and Public Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media outlets, to promote the company's brand and reputation.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage marketing budgets and financial resources to ensure effective allocation and utilization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
