About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Westland Immigration Visa. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and compile data and statistics.

In addition, you will greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Benefits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require 1-2 years of experience in administration, preferably in an immigration or related field. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
