Indigenous Summer Student Internship Program Opportunity

Our Indigenous Summer Student Internship program is one of our initiatives that aims to attract more Indigenous post-secondary students into the Insurance industry.
As an intern, you will gain professional business acumen, insurance industry experience and the opportunity to work with inspirational leaders. Our summer internship program runs for several months, providing you with a chance to learn and grow with our team.

We're looking for:
- The flexibility to work in different areas of the business
- Strong drive and curiosity to learn
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or college diploma
- Team player and excellent collaborator
- Preference may be given to a candidate who identifies as Indigenous (First Nations, Metis, Inuit).
We encourage applications from students who are energized by ambiguity, love to problem solve and motivated by experiential learning. Once successful candidates are identified and hired, we will work with the business to identify challenging work experiences that will leverage individual candidate strengths and interests.
