About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Salesperson to join our team at My Convenience Store. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records. Assist in displaying merchandise and preparing products for sale.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and organized, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Personal Suitability: Hardworking, organized, client-focused, and ability to work in a team.
Work Environment

As a Retail Salesperson at My Convenience Store, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
