Senior Precision Engineer

TNT TOOLS INC. is a leading manufacturer of precision machinery, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Precision Engineer to join our team as a Machine Tool Specialist. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products.
Job OverviewThis is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year. The successful candidate will have a strong background in precision machining, experience with conventional and computer-controlled machine tools, and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities- Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts with precision and accuracy.
- Lay out work pieces for assembly using measurement and inspection techniques.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure product specifications are met.
- Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance using precision measuring instruments.
- Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality products.
- Verify product dimensions for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in precision machining, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of precision machining principles and practices.
- Experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machines and programming software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
