About the Opportunity:

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational needs associated with lab coursework in one or more computer science courses. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, configuring system applications, and managing student inquiries and remark requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for computer science labs and courses
  • Oversee lab materials, coding problems, and test suites
  • Manage student inquiries and remark requests
  • Support version control software and auto testing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting computer science labs and courses
  • Experience working as a TA for at least 2 terms in computer science or related field
