As a Cytotechnologist, you will play a key role in providing leading-edge patient care by performing technical and professional functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cytological examinations and screenings
• Prepare and analyze cytology samples
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses
• Maintain high standards of quality and patient safety
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Requirements

• Certified M.L.T. (Cytology) or equivalent
• Four years' experience in non-gyne, preferably in a hospital environment
• Experience with liquid-based cytology prep and screening
• Member in good standing with CMLTO (College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario)
• Excellent communication and problem assessment skills
