We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of event specialists to achieve individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an aggressive sales strategy to meet annual sales goals
  • Lead and motivate a team of event specialists to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with HR and other team members to support hiring and training for assigned business units
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the unit and department
  • Monitor guest reactions and feedback to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage menu development and pricing for properties under portfolio
  • Plan and execute annual promotional calendars for properties
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of event sales experience with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Advanced written and spoken French
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, coach on selling, and work independently
  • Sound financial acumen and knowledge of menu development and event planning
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in making daily business decisions
