As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support housekeeping and cooking duties, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for our children.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Engage children in activities, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts, to promote their cognitive and creative development.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Reliability and team player skills.
