We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to join our Pier 4 Ltd. team in Toronto, Canada.

About the Role

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 CAD, depending on experience.

This role plays a fundamental part in achieving our partner acquisition and AUM objectives. The primary responsibility will be working with and supporting two Vice-presidents, Director of Sales, supporting their territories, consulting with Advisors via phone and through virtual meetings. They will provide valuable market insight, product overviews, and information to assist advisors in understanding the value of including Pier 4 REIT in their clients' portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an integral part of the sales team providing support to two Sales VP's and their respective territories in achieving aggressive growth goals.
  • Cold calling, prospecting, booking meetings and following up on sales activities for the VP's.
  • Following up with Advisors after VP meetings to answer any questions and assist in moving activity forward towards sale.
  • Update daily activities and maintain accurate Advisor records within CRM in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of any inbound calls related to trade documents, working with the operations team to ensure proper follow-up with the advisor teams.
  • Support all marketing and sales campaign efforts to promote Pier 4 REIT.
  • Create and implement a sales plan in collaboration with VP's.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry in a similar sales capacity.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and shift tasks quickly as well as to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in a related field.
