About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interior Decorator to join our team at Everest Sparkle Building Maintenance. As an Interior Decorator, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning: Develop plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings to create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space.
  • Material Selection: Advise on selection of colours, finishes, and materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Blueprint Review: Read blueprint, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Project Management: Work with clients to determine project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
