Agile Coach Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our team at Stratejia Group Inc. As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their agile transformation, creating a plan, providing training, and supporting Scrum Masters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies within the context of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring alignment with SAFe principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with the objectives of the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Identify and address organizational impediments to SAFe adoption, promoting an environment conducive to successful implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor Agile teams, Release Trains, and ART stakeholders on SAFe principles and practices, fostering self-organization, collaboration, and alignment.
  • Analyze and interpret SAFe metrics and data to provide insights to stakeholders and support informed decision-making at the program and portfolio levels.
  • Serve as a change agent, guiding teams and leadership through the challenges of SAFe adoption and facilitating a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, SAFe Program Consultants, and Agile Release Train (ART) leadership to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in SAFe implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in B.A, B.S or equivalent practical experience.
  • SAFe certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative SAFe Agile environment is a must.
