About the Role:

TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, seeks a skilled Energy Efficiency Advisor to help deliver a residential energy affordability program in British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will work with residents to understand their needs and help them find effective energy reduction strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residential homes to recommend energy-saving upgrades, including new fridges, attic insulation, heat pumps, and high-efficiency gas furnaces, in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Provide participants with valuable energy-saving tips and advice.
  • Install energy-saving products, such as lightbulbs and aerators.

Requirements:

  • Be available for overnight and seasonal travel (up to 95%) as required, with flexible options provided, and receive a daily per diem.
  • Have 3 years of residential construction experience.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have customer service experience.
  • Building science knowledge is an asset.
  • Home inspection experience is an asset.
  • Construction/Building envelope courses are an asset.
  • HVAC experience is an asset.
  • F280 knowledge is an asset.
