Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Content Specialist to create high-quality documentation, user guides, and other materials that showcase our expertise in software and equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies to enhance our online presence and support client needs.
  • Write, edit, and proofread technical content, including user manuals, instructional guides, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all content produced.
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to company style guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
