Job Title: Beauty Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our team members, evaluating daily operations, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Authorize payments and returns as necessary
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all products are stocked and available
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance
  • Public transportation available
