Healthcare Transformation Leader

**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Shared Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead clinical expertise and leadership in promoting excellence in the delivery of evidence-based clinical interventions.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience in clinical practice in community mental health/addictions services, with two years in a consultative or supervisory role. A Master's degree in a relevant field is required, along with advanced knowledge of the addictions and mental health fields.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical expertise and leadership in clinical practice, consultation, supervision, inter-professional collaboration, education, quality improvement, and research.
- Lead the development and implementation of programs to promote excellence in clinical interventions.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary staff to promote inter-professional practice and improve patient outcomes.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of four years' experience in clinical practice in community mental health/addictions services.
- Two years' experience in a consultative or supervisory role.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of the addictions and mental health fields.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
**Salary Range:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
